# White-label

> Replace Audity's branding with your firm's logo and colors on client-facing surveys and reports.

White-label branding is available on the **Team** and **Enterprise** plans. It lets you deliver surveys and PDF reports that carry your consulting firm's identity rather than Audity's.

## What you can customize

| Element | Team | Enterprise |
| --------------------------------- | ---- | ---------- |
| Logo (surveys and reports) | Yes | Yes |
| Primary color (surveys) | Yes | Yes |
| Report header and footer | Yes | Yes |
| Custom domain for survey links | No | Yes |
| Remove "Powered by Audity" footer | No | Yes |

## Prerequisites

* Admin role on a Team or Enterprise plan.
* A logo file in PNG or SVG format, at least 200 px wide, with a transparent background recommended.
* Your firm's primary hex color code.

## Setting up white-label branding

1. Go to **Dashboard → Settings → Branding**.
2. Upload your logo using the file picker. Audity accepts PNG and SVG files up to 2 MB.
3. Enter your primary color as a hex value (for example, `#16A34A`).
4. Click **Save branding**.

Changes apply to all new surveys and reports generated after saving. Existing PDFs already delivered to clients are not retroactively updated.

## How branding appears

**Surveys**, The survey header replaces the Audity logo with your firm's logo. The progress bar and call-to-action buttons use your primary color.

**PDF reports**, The report cover page and header on each page display your logo. The footer shows your firm name instead of Audity's.

**Email invitations**, Survey invitation emails sent to audit subjects use your firm's logo in the email header. The sender address remains a shared Audity domain unless you are on Enterprise with custom domain configured.

## Resetting to defaults

To revert to Audity's default branding:

1. Go to **Dashboard → Settings → Branding**.
2. Click **Remove logo** to delete your uploaded logo.
3. Clear the primary color field and click **Save branding**.

## Enterprise: custom survey domain

Enterprise plans can serve survey links from a subdomain you control (for example, `surveys.yourfirm.com`). Contact your account manager to configure DNS and SSL for the custom domain. This feature is not available on the Team plan.
