# ReadyLinks

> Create and share branded survey links to capture AI-readiness leads for your consulting firm.

A ReadyLink is a unique URL that routes a prospect to your firm's branded AI Readiness Survey. When someone submits the survey through your ReadyLink, their scored response appears in your [Readiness Inbox](/guide/lead-generation/reviewing-leads) as a qualified lead.

## How ReadyLinks work

Each ReadyLink is tied to your firm's profile and embeds your branding in the survey experience. The link format is:

```
https://<your-domain-or-audity-default>/<your-slug>
```

When a prospect visits the link, they land on the [branded survey](/guide/lead-generation/branded-surveys) populated with your firm's name, logo, and colors.

## Creating a ReadyLink

1. Go to **Dashboard → Lead Generation** in the left navigation.
2. Click **Create ReadyLink**.
3. Enter a **custom slug**, a short, memorable path segment (for example, `acme-ai-check`). Slugs must be lowercase, contain only letters, numbers, and hyphens, and be unique across the platform.
4. Click **Save**. Your ReadyLink is now active and ready to share.

<Note>
  Solo plans support one active ReadyLink. Team and Enterprise plans support unlimited ReadyLinks.
</Note>

## Custom slugs

A custom slug makes your ReadyLink easy to recognize and share. Slugs appear in the URL path after the domain:

```
https://app.auditynow.com/acme-ai-check
```

Rules for slugs:

* Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
* Minimum 3 characters, maximum 60 characters
* Cannot match reserved platform paths

You can update the slug at any time from the ReadyLink settings. Changing a slug immediately invalidates the old URL, so update any existing shares after making a change.

## Sharing your ReadyLink

Distribute your ReadyLink through any channel:

* Add it to your website as a CTA button ("Check your AI readiness")
* Include it in cold outreach emails
* Embed it in LinkedIn messages or posts
* Add it to your email signature

Each submission is attributed to the ReadyLink it came through, so you can track which channel drives the most leads.

## Custom domains

Enterprise plan users can configure a custom domain so the survey is served from their own URL (for example, `ai-check.acmeconsulting.com`). See [Custom domains](/guide/lead-generation/custom-domains) for setup instructions.

## Managing ReadyLinks

From the **Lead Generation** page you can:

* **Copy** the full URL to your clipboard
* **Edit** the slug or display name
* **Disable** a link to stop accepting new submissions (existing leads are preserved)
* **Delete** a link permanently
