You can cancel your Audity subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you are not charged again after that point.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Dashboard → Subscription (/dashboard/subscription).
  2. Scroll to the Danger zone section and click Cancel subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog.
Your plan remains active until the last day of the current billing period. You will receive a confirmation email.

What happens after cancellation

During the remaining billing period

  • Your plan stays active, you retain full access and your credit balance.
  • No new charges are made.

When the billing period ends

Your account moves to a deactivated state:
  • You can still sign in but cannot run new audits, generate deliverables, or consume credits.
  • All existing audits, deliverables, firm profile data, and settings are preserved.
  • A reactivation prompt is shown each time you sign in.

Data retention

Audity retains your data for a grace period after deactivation. During this window you can reactivate your subscription and pick up exactly where you left off.
After the grace period expires, Audity may permanently delete your account data. Reactivate before the grace period ends to avoid data loss.

If you change your mind, you can reactivate at any time before your data is deleted. See Manage your subscription for the reactivation steps.
