Audity has two distinct profile areas: your personal profile (managed by Clerk) and your firm profile (managed inside Audity). They serve different purposes and are edited in different places.Documentation Index

Personal profile
Your personal profile, name, email address, profile photo, and password, is managed through Clerk, the identity provider Audity uses for authentication. To edit your personal profile:- Click your avatar in the top-right corner of any Audity page.
- The User modal opens (powered by Clerk).
- Update your name, email, or profile photo and save.
Audity does not store a separate copy of your personal profile fields. Changes made in the Clerk modal take effect immediately across all Audity sessions.
Firm profile
Your firm profile holds information about your consulting practice. Audity uses these details throughout the product to personalise deliverables, tailor AI prompts, and pre-fill client-facing documents. To edit your firm profile:- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Business context (
/dashboard/settings/business-context). - Fill in the fields described below.
- Click Save.
