When a prospect opens your ReadyLink, they experience a fully branded survey flow. Audity wraps the survey in your firm’s identity so the interaction feels like a direct extension of your consulting brand.

Firm profile fields

The survey shell pulls the following fields from your firm profile: To update these fields, go to Dashboard → Settings → Firm Profile.

Survey pages

The branded survey consists of three pages:

1. Survey form

The survey form presents a series of questions across AI adoption dimensions such as tooling, data readiness, team capability, and strategic alignment. Respondents:
  • Select answers using multiple-choice and scale inputs
  • See a progress indicator showing how far through the survey they are
  • Can navigate back to change answers before submitting
The form does not require the respondent to create an account. On submit, they enter their name, company name, and business email.

2. Calculating results

After submission, a brief loading screen runs while Audity calculates the AI Readiness Score. This typically completes in under three seconds.

3. Results page

The results page shows the respondent:
  • Their AI Readiness Score (0–100) displayed as a visual gauge
  • A plain-language readiness tier label based on their score (for example, “Ready to Automate” or “Getting Organized”)
  • A short interpretation of their score
  • A recommendation tier section with a title, summary, and a short list of next-step recommendations
  • A call to action inviting them to connect with your firm for next steps, this CTA uses your firm name and links to a contact URL you configure in your firm profile
The results page URL takes the form:
This URL is shareable. If a respondent bookmarks or shares it, the same results page is rendered.

What happens after submission

When the respondent submits the survey form:
  1. A lead record is created and linked to your ReadyLink.
  2. The AI Readiness Score is calculated and stored.
  3. The lead appears in your Readiness Inbox with a status of New.
  4. The respondent sees their results immediately without any delay.

Custom questions and scoring

Audity’s 25-question default set is a starting point, not a fixed script. You can add your own questions, hide or reorder the defaults, or build a survey entirely from custom questions in the assessment editor. Custom questions with a scoring weight count toward the respondent’s AI Readiness Score. Audity blends your custom-question answers with the default scoring engine’s output by relative weight, questions you haven’t weighted, or that are free-text (text/textarea), don’t affect the score. If a survey is built entirely from custom questions, with none of Audity’s default questions active, the results page and PDF use neutral, assessment-generic tier language (for example, “Strong Foundation” or “Developing”) in the recommendation tier section instead of the AI-specific tier titles shown above, since a fully custom assessment may not be about AI readiness at all.

Customization limits

Branding customization (logo, color, firm name) is available on all plans. Question customization is available through the assessment editor; see that page for question caps and import limits.
