What this is
The project dashboard is the home view for a single audit engagement. It shows your current position in the 13-step lifecycle, surfaces the next required action, displays a summary of completed steps, and gives you access to all project resources. Every audit begins and ends on the project dashboard. Before you start
- A project must exist. If you have not created one yet, see Project setup.
- The dashboard is accessible to anyone on your workspace who has been granted access to the project (Team and Enterprise plans).
Procedure
Reading the dashboard
- Navigate to Projects and click a project name to open its dashboard.
- The dashboard has three main areas:
- Complete (green check), step finished and confirmed.
- In progress (blue), step has some content but is not yet confirmed.
- Locked (grey lock), prerequisites not met; cannot be started yet.
- Available (white), prerequisites met; ready to begin.
- Attention (yellow warning), step had an issue (e.g. analysis timed out).
- Opportunities identified.
- Documents uploaded and analysed.
- Interview records.
- Framework scores (as a radar chart thumbnail).
- Estimated total ROI.
Navigating the lifecycle
- Click Continue (the primary action button) to jump to the next available step automatically.
- Click any step name in the lifecycle stepper to navigate directly to that step.
- Use the breadcrumb at the top of each step page to return to the dashboard.
Managing the project
- Click Project settings (gear icon, top right) to edit the project name, client profile link, or archive the project.
- Click Share (Team/Enterprise only) to invite workspace members to collaborate on the project.
- Click Export to jump directly to the deliverables hub.
Limits and gating
- Dashboard access requires an active project. Archived projects are read-only.
- The Activity feed retains the last 500 events per project.
- Solo plan: Dashboard is personal; no sharing controls are shown.
- Team / Enterprise: Collaborators added via Share can view and edit the project. Admin role is required to archive or delete a project.
