Every survey submission made through your ReadyLinks arrives in the Readiness Inbox, a dedicated section in the left column of your dashboard. This is your central workspace for evaluating AI-readiness leads.

Accessing the Readiness Inbox

  1. Open the Audity dashboard at app.auditynow.com.
  2. In the left navigation column, select Readiness Inbox.
The inbox lists all leads in reverse chronological order by submission time.

Filtering leads

Use the filter bar at the top of the inbox to narrow the list:
FilterShows
All StatusEvery lead regardless of status
New OnlyLeads that have not been opened yet
ReviewingLeads you have opened and marked as under review
ContactedLeads where you have initiated outreach
Filters apply immediately without a page reload. The count badge next to Readiness Inbox in the navigation reflects New Only leads.

Lead cards

Each lead card in the inbox displays:
  • Respondent name and company
  • Submission date and time
  • AI Readiness Score (0–100) with a color-coded indicator
  • Current status badge

Opening the Lead Detail Modal

Click any lead card to open the Lead Detail Modal. The modal provides the full context you need to evaluate and act on a lead.

AI Readiness Score

The score (0–100) reflects how mature the respondent’s organization is across AI adoption dimensions assessed in the survey. Use the following ranges as a starting guide:
Score rangeReadiness tierInterpretation
0–29AI-UnawareEarly stage; significant foundational work needed
30–49AI-AwareSome awareness but limited implementation
50–69AI-ExploringActive experimentation; gaps in strategy or tooling
70–84AI-CapableSolid foundations; ready for structured audit and optimization
85–100AI-ReadyAdvanced posture; focus on scaling and governance
Higher scores do not always indicate better leads for your firm. A score in the 50–69 range may represent the ideal client for a comprehensive AI readiness audit.

Survey responses

The modal shows the respondent’s individual answers for each survey question, grouped by dimension. Use these to assess fit before reaching out.

Contact information

The modal displays the respondent’s name, company name, and business email as submitted at the end of the survey form.

Updating lead status

You can update a lead’s status directly from the Lead Detail Modal or by right-clicking a lead card in the inbox:
  1. New, Default status when a lead arrives. Unread leads increment the inbox badge.
  2. Reviewing, Set this when you have read the lead and are evaluating it.
  3. Contacted, Set this after you send the first outreach message to the prospect.
  4. Closed, Set this to archive a lead that did not convert or was disqualified.
Status changes are saved immediately and visible to all team members on Team and Enterprise plans.

Team access

On Team and Enterprise plans, all workspace members share a single Readiness Inbox. Status changes made by one team member are reflected for all others in real time. On Solo plans, the inbox is single-user only.
