What this is

The deliverables hub is the central export point for all audit outputs. It aggregates six deliverable types into a single place, lets you export a consolidated bundle, and provides a one-click integration to generate a Gamma presentation deck from your audit findings. The six deliverables are:
DeliverableWhat it contains
Opportunity MatrixPrioritised grid of all confirmed opportunities
Pain Points HeatmapVisual map of the most acute pain points by business area
Confidence DashboardAI confidence levels across findings and framework scores
Roadmap TimelinePhased implementation roadmap derived from opportunity matrix
Stakeholder MemosAll finalised stakeholder memos in a single document
ROI CalculationsFull ROI projection tables with assumptions

Before you start

  • The final report should be finalised. Deliverables can be exported before the report is finalised, but the bundle will be incomplete.
  • Decide whether you want individual deliverable exports, the full consolidated bundle, or a Gamma deck.
  • For the Gamma integration, you need a Gamma account connected under Settings → Integrations. See Gamma integration.

Procedure

Export individual deliverables

  1. Open your project and click Deliverables in the lifecycle stepper or top navigation.
  2. The deliverables hub shows each of the six deliverables with a status indicator (ready / generating / unavailable).
  3. Click Download next to any deliverable to export it as a PDF or XLSX (where applicable).

Export the consolidated bundle

  1. From the deliverables hub, click Export bundle.
  2. Select which deliverables to include (all are selected by default).
  3. Choose the output format: PDF bundle (single multi-document PDF) or ZIP archive (individual files).
  4. Click Generate bundle. Bundle generation typically takes 30–60 seconds.
  5. When ready, click Download bundle.

Generate a Gamma deck

  1. Ensure your Gamma account is connected under Settings → Integrations → Gamma.
  2. From the deliverables hub, click Generate Gamma deck.
  3. Select the sections to include in the deck (executive summary, opportunities, roadmap, ROI are selected by default).
  4. Click Generate. Audity sends the content to Gamma and returns a link to the generated presentation.
  5. Open the link to review and edit the deck in Gamma.
The Gamma integration requires an active Gamma account. See Gamma integration for setup instructions.

Limits and gating

  • All six deliverables require their respective upstream steps to be complete. Unavailable deliverables show a link to the missing step.
  • Bundle exports and Gamma deck generation are available on Team and Enterprise plans. Solo plan users can export individual deliverables only.
  • Gamma deck generation consumes credits. The cost is shown before you confirm.

Common issues

A deliverable shows “unavailable”. The upstream step is incomplete or the data has not been confirmed. Click the link in the deliverable card to jump to the relevant step. Bundle download is empty or corrupted. Try regenerating the bundle. If the problem persists, download individual deliverables as a workaround and contact support. Gamma link returns a blank deck. This typically means the Gamma API connection timed out during generation. Retry from the deliverables hub. If it fails repeatedly, disconnect and reconnect the Gamma integration under Settings. “Export bundle” button is greyed out. Bundle export is a Team/Enterprise feature. Upgrade your plan to access it.

What’s next

Your audit is complete. You can return to the project dashboard for an overview of the full engagement, or start a new project for your next client.
